BANNED NATIONS
All of Latin America, Baltic states, Finland, China minors, Benelux, Poland, & Troll nations are banned.
General Rules
1. No coups/boosting party popularity.
2. No justifying until Germany goes to war, except through Focus, or it is 1940.
3. No inviting or joining factions until Germany has gone to war, or 1940.
4. Majors & minors must stay in historical Faction & Ideology. Minors must match ideology with faction (Unless attacked/Justified On).
5. Max level 5 fort level + focus.
6. No volunteers outside of Spain.
7. No autism/exploits. (Subjective to host). (Including but not limited to) - Disbanding encircled divs, delaying CW, destroying factories, revoking guarentees, releasing nations, expiditionary force before being catipulated, changing templates while encircled, going around NA pacts. Modern tanks before 42. If in doubt, ask the host.
8. No Mil Access to another faction. eg - (Raj in Russia). Lend lease, seriously it works.
9. One artillery/AT/SPG's/TD's per 10 combat width. Do not strap marines/mountaineers to Tanks, TDs and SPGs. 10 Combat width min division size.
10. Romania & Spain must join axis and Turkey must join commintern.
11. Must call in ALL subjects to war.
12. No one but japan can kamakazi
13. No research juggling.
14. Two factions cannot attack the same country.
Axis
1. Japan must declare on China by 38. (no puppeting) (china must make own faction)
2. Italy must annex Ethiopia.
3. Spain cannot go Total Mobilisation during its civil war.
4. Germany must do molotov pact (before war with poland) and honor it, including bessarabia.
5. Japan may not invade USSR until 1943. (NAP)
6. Japan may not invade the allies until 1941.
7. Spain cannot join the second world war until 1941
Allies
1. Rhineland & Sudetenland must be accepted unless Germany has already gone to war.
2. USA can only join after 1941 or UK has lost a port.
3. USSR must accept armor treaty.
4. France cannot do the Franco-British Union or expeditionary its forces to prevent them from surrendering upon capitulation.
5. USSR cannot expand beyond the Molotov-Ribbentrop sphere until 1940 - Then only iran + afghanistan is attackable. (no southern thrust until 1940 and baltic states until germany attack poland)
6. No changing eco laws thru intervention focuses.
7. May not declare war upon Japan until 1942 if still at war with China (unless Japan joins another war).
